When will my order arrive?


Standard Delivery is up to 10 working days from date of order.


We cannot give you a delivery day when you place an order, because we need a couple of days to figure out how your order will fit into our delivery schedule.  Once planned (usually within 2 working days) we will send you an email or text message telling you the delivery day.   This message will also include a link to allow you to track the progress of your delivery.


In many instances the delivery day we give you will be much sooner than 10 working days from date of order.  It depends on how busy we are, and whether we have a vehicle that already happens to be heading your way that we can add your order to.  Equally at particularly busy times, such as the run up to Christmas, delivery may take longer than 10 working days from date of order.


A day or two before we are coming, we will send you another email or text confirming the delivery time window.


We will send a final message on the day your order is out for delivery.  At this point you will be able to track the drivers progress including the number of stops before they arrive with you.


Please make sure you have provided us with your email address and / or mobile telephone number to take advantage of this service.  You won't receive any delivery updates if this contact information is missing or incorrect. 


Can I change the delivery day?

Please be aware, that we do not offer any form of timed delivery, so cannot accept requests for delivery on a specific day or time. All orders will be sent back to planning and it could be a further 10 days before delivery is completed.


You do not need to be at home for us to successfully complete delivery.  Please tell us where we should leave your goods, and providing it is safe for us to do so, we will follow your instructions as closely as possible. We will take a photograph of the delivered goods as proof of delivery, which you can view through your tracking link.


My goods haven't arrived as planned?


Occasionally things go wrong and we are unable to make delivery as planned.  As soon as we know we can't make it, we will send you an email or text message.  You don't need to do anything, as your order will automatically be sent back to planning who will prioritise it to get your order on to the next available vehicle.  Where possible we will still deliver within the original 10 working days from date of order.


I haven't received an email with a tracking link?


Please check your email spam or junk folder first.  Then give us a call on the number above and we will be happy to help
