Click, Collect & Save - FAQ's

The quickest way to shop with us is using our Click, Collect & Save service. You can select products, pay online and collect your item(s) from your chosen Homefire Outlet in as little as 2 hours.  Not only that, but you will save five percent off the delivered price of the items by collecting in person.


I'm going to collect my order, what do I need to bring with me?

When collecting your items please bring your confirmation email with you. This email will be sent to the email address you use to checkout.  This email will include your order number.


When will my order be ready to collect?

Items will be ready to collect in as little as 2 hours after placing your order (when outlets are open). Outside outlet opening times, your order will be ready to collect when the outlet next opens.


When will my depot outlet be open?

The majority of Homefire Outlets are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 2.30pm. Local exclusions apply.  Please see list of locations here.


How long will you hold my order for?

Your items will be held at your selected Homefire Outlet for 5 working days.


What happens if I don't collect my order?

If you don't collect your order from store, after 5 working days the items will be put back to stock. After this time, please Contact Us to either arrange collection or a full refund.
