How to Place an Order with Homefire Group?


We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to place an order with us.


Order Online

Our website is fully e-commerce enabled.  You can view the complete product range, get pricing, apply discount codes and check out all online.  You have the option to have goods delivered to your home or arrange a click & collect order ready for you when you arrive at one of our Outlet locations.  You can also set up a Subscribe and Save schedule.


Our website is fully secure and we don't store any of your important financial information on the site.


Place your order over the telephone 

Our UK based call centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.  The call centre is a great choice if you have any questions or you are not quite sure which of our products would best suit your needs.  Or maybe you simply prefer dealing on the phone.  Please call us on 0345 671 1122


Order In Store

Drop in at one of our Homefire Outlets to order in person.  See the products for yourself before you purchase, speak to our expert staff and drive away with your goods there and then.   Full list of  Homefire Outlet Locations and opening times available by following this link.
