Best Fuel for a Multi-Fuel Stove (Glass Fronted)
We have a wide range of smokeless fuels available, all of which will work on pretty much all appliances. But by design, some work much better than others.
Our recommendation for a Multi-Fuel Stove would be Ecoal.
Ecoal is a large, hexagonal shaped briquette that burns with an attractive flame. Manufactured with up to 50 percent biomass (olive stone), Ecoal is a premium grade smokeless fuel that will burn very hot and easily last overnight when banked up. Its superior performance, means that Ecoal is pretty economical to burn, as you will find yourself using less to maintain the same heat output. Because Ecoal is made from up to 50 percent biomass, it's Carbon Dioxide emissions are lower than other smokeless fuels as well.
We would also recommend Homefire (even more heat) or Wildfire Smokeless (bigger flames, but not as long lasting) if Ecoal doesn't sound like what you are looking for.
