Returning an Item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

We will arrange to collect and inspect the goods and process a refund on successful return. We will refund you in full for all items returned within 14 days of collecting the goods, providing goods are returned unused and in original packaging and condition.

It is your responsibility to prepare the goods for collection in the same way that they were delivered.  For palletised goods this means stacking and securing the product back on the pallet.

We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee as necessary, which will be deducted from any refund.

We will only refund you using the same payment method used to pay for the goods.
